Description
A chance to keep active this summer in a fun and inclusive atmosphere!
On the programme:
- a run suitable for everyone (between 3 and 5 km depending on the group)
- tailored to your ability
- Pilates exercises to improve posture and stride
- Stretching and mobility exercises to aid recovery and prevent injuries.
Aim: to run better, get stronger and feel great!
Every Thursday from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm in La Forêt-Fouesnant.
Meet at Place de la Baie.
