I'd like to invite you to discover some meditation sessions specially designed for beginners, in a calm and caring environment.
Each session includes conscious breathing, guided meditation, deep relaxation and a time for sharing, to help you release tension and cultivate greater serenity in your everyday life.
Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 8pm, once a month.
Whether you're curious, stressed or just looking to improve your well-being, these sessions are open to everyone.
