Description
Muscle strengthening on the sand, overlooking the ocean — Cap Coz & Beg-Meil.
A professional and friendly group class, open to all ability levels from the age of 16, which makes use of the sand’s instability and resistance for unique exercises.
Each session is tailored to how you’re feeling on the day — everyone progresses at their own pace, within the same group.
Strength training:
- Gradual joint warm-up
- Proprioceptive work on unstable sand
- Circuits focusing on core, legs, back and gentle cardio
- Personalised progression within the group
Atmosphere:

A professional class, with no fuss. Small group, friendly atmosphere, idyllic setting — the beach as your gym.

- Cool-down and stretching at the end of the session
- 1 hour per session — Mondays and Thursdays according to the timetable
Sessions:
Monday evening
· Kerambigorn Beach (Beg-Meil): 6.30 pm — 7.30 pm
Thursday morning
· Cap Coz Beach: 10.30 am — 11.30 am
What to bring
Towel or mat, water bottle, hat, sun cream.
Barefoot on the sand. No equipment required.
