Description
Discover the Pointe du Raz via the most beautiful of access routes: the customs path.
From the Monsieur Papier stationery café, formerly known as the Relais de l'Île de Sein, follow in the footsteps of the old Bestrée pier, once used by lighthouse keepers, fishermen and islanders. Approaching the Pointe du Raz from the south offers a particularly spectacular route.
At the end of the Pointe du Raz promontory, a remarkable panorama opens up over the Iroise Sea: its lighthouses, the island of Sein and, on a clear day, the island of Ushant. On the way back, take the path along the Baie des Trépassés, between cliffs and wide open seas.
Depending on the season, you may also be able to see black-legged kittiwakes nesting on the cliffs.
