Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese energy practice, combines slow, harmonious movements, mindful breathing and self-awareness to promote the flow of Qi (vital energy), release tension and cultivate lasting balance.
Practising on the beach allows you to fully enjoy the seaside environment: the sound of the waves, the sea-scented air and the vastness of the ocean create the ideal conditions for refocusing and rediscovering a deep sense of calm.
Each session includes:
- a gentle warm-up
- breathing exercises
- Qi Gong movements suitable for everyone
- self-massage techniques based on traditional Chinese medicine
- a period of relaxation and winding down
No prior experience is necessary. The sessions are open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water and a hat in case of hot weather.
