Description
Discovering seaweed means adopting it, because it's a treasure trove of health and immunity-boosting benefits, with a richness of minerals and trace elements that surpasses any other food we eat.
First and foremost, head out onto the foreshore at high tide - be on time, the tide waits for no man! Scissors, boots, a windbreaker or sun hat, not forgetting a bucket, are the perfect outfit for collecting seaweed. It's all about opening your eyes, observing to recognise the seaweed, touching it and then tasting it before picking it, respecting the right gestures that are essential for preserving the wild areas of our seashores.
Enriched by what the sea has to offer, everyone will get to work on a cooking workshop full of discoveries in terms of both taste and texture. A vegetarian meal will be prepared from starter to dessert.
