Description
An open day to discover spirulina, a fascinating microalgae and sought-after superfood. A chance to visit the greenhouse and ponds, and to learn about the history, cultivation, harvesting and health benefits of this 3.5-billion-year-old micro-organism. Spirulina-based recipes will be on offer, so you can discover its range of flavours.
There will also be a market featuring local producers and craftspeople, as well as crêpes from Annie Fromentine and Sarrazine.
Free entry, no booking required, from 10am to 6pm.
