OUR STORY
We, Maëlle and François, raise and process petits gris snails under the AB label.
Our story is above all a family one, a desire for a change of life, a return to our roots. We wanted to revive Maëlle's parents' old nursery.
Why the snail, you might ask? Because it's a childhood memory, of family meals with grandparents. It's also one of the emblems of French gastronomy, yet 95% of it comes from abroad. At a time when the question of the origin of products is a hot topic of debate, it seemed obvious to us that it was crucial to offer a snail that was born, bred and processed in France.
OUR PRODUCTS
We want you to discover snails in a different way. That's why we're offering you leek and Espelette chilli, parsley and buckwheat appetisers. You'll also find traditional snails in garlic butter, Croski's (small biscuits stuffed in the shape of snails) and snails in stock to give free rein to your imagination. Other recipes will be added as seasonal produce becomes available.
You can buy them frozen in bulk, or fresh only to order.
GUIDED TOURS
Come and discover and taste our little horned animals in a green setting in the heart of the Breton Riviera. You can also visit the farm by appointment in spring and summer. Dates to come.
