Description
Hatha Yoga :
Breathing exercises (pranayamas), sun salutations, postures (asanas) and final relaxation to the sound of sound therapy instruments.
Medium intensity, complete practice for body and mind, with muscular relaxation and activation.
- Sessions from 10am to 11am and from 7pm to 8pm.
Hatha Vinyasa :
A complete yoga, a tailor-made practice: breathing (pranayama), hatha and vinyasa greetings, vinyasa part then held hatha postures and final relaxation.
Good physical condition or 1 year's yoga experience recommended.
- Session from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Yin Yoga :
A slow practice, where relaxing the nervous system and stretching the tissues go hand in hand.
Postures held on the floor and without muscle activation, and a final relaxation to the sound of sound therapy instruments.
- Session from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
