To feel good in body and mind. Aquatic walking works all your muscle groups and joints, as well as your heart. Come and enjoy this outdoor activity in a friendly atmosphere, summer or winter, under the supervision of Moïse, a qualified lifeguard. In a stunning setting, you can enjoy the magnificent beaches of southern Finistère. Please meet in the car park 30 minutes beforehand if you’re hiring equipment, and 15 minutes beforehand if you’ve brought your own wetsuit. Look out for the blue W van.
