Description
This year, Les Foulées Concarnoises invites you to take part in two separate races over 13.1 km and 7 km (7 km: start at 10.00 / 13.1 km: start at 10.30).
The ‘Petite Bleue’: this 7 km race is open to 500 runners. The race will start at 10.00 am at Quai de la Croix. This easy, rolling course is the ideal way to discover the joy of running in a pack.
The ‘Foulées Bleues’: this 13.1 km race is open to 1,000 runners. The race starts at 10.30 am at Quai de la Croix. A magnificent route, half on roads and half on trails, with sea views.
In both cases, the varied routes will take you past the marina, through the Ville Close, along the Corniche (the GR 34 for the 13.1 km race), the greenway, and finish right in the town centre.
