Description
Every Monday during the summer, Ghislaine offers a one-hour workshop to help you discover the secrets of making Breton crêpes. You'll learn how to roll out the batter with the rozell (pancake rake), how to make the various traditional folds and how to look after your billig properly.
At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with a dozen crêpes you've made yourself, plus valuable tips on how to make them at home. A convivial, gourmet experience to share!
