Description
“On that day, 25 August 2015, the event was not: a bear attacking a French anthropologist somewhere in the mountains of Kamchatka. The event was: a bear and a woman meet, and the boundaries between their worlds collapse.”
Welcomed in the dead of night, we are invited on a night-time walk to the edge of the forest. Darkness, betrayed by the glow of the lanterns, awaits us. The scent of foliage, the sounds of the night, the movements of the air – whether real or transformed – and the visual and auditory apparitions, whether perceived or imagined, are all part of the adventure, bringing us closer to the story to be heard: that of Nastassja Martin, a woman and a bear, a world with newly defined boundaries.
Croire aux fauves is an experience to be savoured amidst the night, the music, the words and the silence of the trees.
Based on *Croire aux fauves* by Nastassja Martin ©Éditions Gallimard
Tickets on sale from 10 August on the Rias website (the meeting point will be communicated after booking).
