Description
Dating from the 15th and 16th centuries, the Notre-Dame de la Paix Chapel has a unique history: dismantled stone by stone from its original site in Nizon, it was rebuilt in Le Pouldu in 1957. It retains beautiful Gothic features and houses contemporary stained-glass windows by Alfred Manessier and Jean Le Moal, bridging the gap between historical heritage and artistic creation. Members of the association ‘Les Amis de la chapelle Notre-Dame de la Paix’ will welcome you and introduce you to this iconic building in Le Pouldu.
