The Moulin du Roch welcomes you to a convivial day combining heritage, nature and traditional craftsmanship. On the programme: the opening of the bread oven, a sale of bread and brioches, a photo exhibition on local biodiversity, a plant swap and sale, the opening of the future nature trail, and a demonstration of lime-based jointing on the mill. At 2 pm, Pauline Ruen and Michel Bran’honneur will present the previously unpublished historical and archaeological discoveries at the Moulin du Roch, followed by a talk by Jean-Michel Le Boulanger at 4 pm on the concept of heritage.
