Description
To take the time to get to know one another, journey together to the heart of the harvest, discuss the various stages and facets of our craft, and (re)discover the beauty of our terroir through tasting.
On the programme: a short tour of the orchard, a short immersive film about the harvest and discussions about the craft, followed by a comparative tasting of ciders and juices. All in a small group setting, for a lovely shared experience for young and old alike.
A workshop and tour led by the producer, divided into four parts:
- A short tour of the orchard
- An 11-minute film on the harvest and processing
- Q&A session on the production process
- A comparative tasting of all the ciders and juices
