The La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office, in its capacity as data controller, is concerned about the protection of personal data. Purposes

The Tourist Office collects data in order to manage requests to send documentation and brochures, newsletter subscriptions, requests for information about a service, registrations for guided tours, workshops or nature outings, requests to contact the Tourist Office, ticket and service purchases, quality surveys, relations with partners (accommodation providers, shopkeepers, associations, etc.), the registration of new items in the Tourist Office shop, the organisation of events, etc.

Your personal data is recorded on the basis of your consent or our contractual relationship and forwarded to authorised persons at the Tourist Office.

Sub-contracting and transfer of data

Data may also be transferred to competent bodies such as the French Treasury, within the limits of their missions and processing.

Data storage

Personal data is kept and processed only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. It is then destroyed in accordance with French regulations.

Personal data is kept and processed until the partnerships are renewed and two years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Personal data is kept and processed until the partnerships are renewed and two years after the end of the contractual relationship.

For invoicing purposes, personal data may be kept for 10 years.

Production of photo and video reports to promote the commune

The Tourist Office, in its capacity as data controller, is concerned about the protection of personal data. It implements all technical, physical and logical means to comply with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as the Data Protection Act.

The production of photo and video reports is a personal data processing operation managed by the La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office.

Photos: until you withdraw your consent (however, the media created with the photos will be kept for historical interest).
