The personal information collected about you enables us to manage requests to send you documentation and brochures, newsletter subscriptions, requests for information about a service, registrations for guided tours, workshops or nature outings, requests to contact the tourist office, ticket purchases and services, quality surveys, relations with partners (accommodation providers, shopkeepers, associations, etc.), the registration of new items in the tourist office shop, the organisation of events, and so on.
They are recorded on the basis of your consent or our contractual relationship and sent to authorised persons at the Tourist Office. It may also be passed on to competent bodies such as the Treasury, within the limits of their missions and processing.
Personal data is kept and processed only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used, after which it is destroyed in accordance with French regulations.

TICKETING – EVENT REGISTRATION
The management of registrations for events by La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office involves the processing of personal data managed by La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office. The personal information collected concerning persons registered for events enables the Tourist Office to ensure that the events run smoothly. It is collected on the basis of the consent of those who register. The Tourist Office passes on personal data to the organisers or sub-contractors of events in the following cases:
to “Nature en Expériences” for the nature explorer discovery outings, “discovering seaweed”, “plankton workshop” and “discovering seaweed”.
Les Viviers de Penfoulic” for “shellfish and crustacean tours” at Les Viviers de Penfoulic
Les Viviers de La Forêt” for “shellfish and crustacean tours” at Les Viviers de La Forêt
the president of the association Les Amis du Vieux Port and the Mairie de La Forêt-Fouesnant for outings in old sailing ships to the Vieux Port.
The aims are to
to keep a record of the number of people registered for the events
to contact those registered in the event of cancellation, delay or postponement of the event.
issue an invoice if requested by the customer
to record payments relating to invoicing (data may be passed on to the Treasury).
carry out a satisfaction survey
Personal data is only recorded for the purposes of managing event registrations.
Personal data is kept for a maximum of 1 year and is then deleted.
All individuals have the right to access their personal data, have it rectified or request that it be deleted.
They may also request that their data be restricted and/or object to the processing of their data for reasons relating to their particular situation. Partnerships
The management of La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office’s partners involves the processing of personal data managed by La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office.
The personal information collected concerning its partners enables the Tourist Office to manage all the services offered within the framework of its partnership, as well as to carry out its public service missions.
The purposes are to
to provide information about its partners to anyone who requests it,
to disseminate partner information on the Tourist Office website (via the Tourinsoft database, for which Finistère 360 is the data controller), the Discovery Guide and, in the case of overnight accommodation, on the Tourist Office’s external display,
carry out the invoicing corresponding to the desired partnership pack,
record payments relating to invoicing (the data is sent to the Treasury).
Personal data is only recorded for the purposes of managing partners.
Personal data is kept and processed until the partnerships are renewed and two years after the end of the contractual relationship.

SERVICE SUPPLIER TICKETS
The management of ticket sales for service providers by La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office involves the processing of personal data managed by La Forêt-Fouesnant Tourist Office. The personal information collected concerning persons purchasing a ticket enables the Tourist Office’s service providers to ensure that their services run smoothly. It is collected on the basis of the consent of those purchasing tickets.
The Tourist Office records the data in the service provider’s software or on a manual ticketing system.
The purposes are to
to count the number of people registered for tickets
to contact the people registered in the event of cancellation, delay or postponement of the service.
Personal data is only recorded for the purposes of managing event registrations.
