The spa at the Thalasso de Bénodet is now home to a sensory area with a frosty river, an ice fountain, an invigorating waterfall and a sensory trail. A new warm area with a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna complete the relaxation area.

The spa is open Monday to Friday from 11am to 1pm and from 4.30pm to 8.30pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
