Guides and maps are available from the tourist office:

The V5 cycle route “la littorale”, numbered V5 on the regional map (or V45 on the national map), is Brittany’s coastal cycle route through La Forêt-Fouesnant.)
Beg Menez in La Forêt-Fouesnant -> Bénodet = 34 km
Bourg de La Forêt-Fouesnant -> Pointe de Mousterlin in Fouesnant = 17 km
We advise against cycling from La Forêt-Fouesnant to Concarneau: part of the V5-45 cycle route has not been developed (=descent from Beg Menez).
The Breton Riviera offers a number of possibilities for cyclists, which can be seen on the Breton Riviera destination map.
