The nautical centre offers courses and sessions for children aged 4 and over, teenagers and adults on a variety of craft: windsurfing, dinghies, catamarans, kayaks, paddles and innovative craft; hire and private lessons including windsurfing, catamarans and foiling dinghies as well as wingfoil at the Dock, Cap-Coz beach. Also coastal lifesaving, cruises to Les Glénan in a catamaran, "well-being and health" sports: aqua-walking, aquagym at sea, swimming and boating licence. Open from 06/01 to 19/12.
