I've been working as a fishing guide and environmental coordinator since 2013, and I'm delighted to be doing one of those jobs we call a "passion job"!
I'm lucky enough to be able to do my job in a superb, vast area!
No less than 250 km², encompassing the superb Glénan archipelago, and as they say, "there's plenty to do!
I work with you in several fishing zones that I know well, from the Bay of Concarneau to the Glénan archipelago.
The bay gives you some shelter from the chop, but also allows you to fish in a variety of areas.
Sands, rocks submerged or not, seaweed, the environments are diversified. As we leave the bay, the depth will increase and we'll be able to find some more vertical structures suitable for many species. It's not far, so it's ideal for maximising fishing time on a short outing. It's varied and often full of fish.
Further offshore, the Glénan archipelago is really L'Océan's gateway to this coast.
It's a marvellous fishing spot, with every possible configuration and technique.
You can fish the edges, the sea grass beds, the rocky plateaux, the sandy corridors... from 0 to over 60m...!
Although the species that has been decreed king is the sea bass, other species are also well represented and highly worthy of interest: pager, grey and king bream, pelagic fish, etc.
And if you are here to read me, something tells me that we share a passion for them....
See you soon at the water's edge!
