The Stang estate is a superb estate with a remarkable built heritage and green spaces. The Manoir du Stang stands proudly in the middle.

The manor house, a timeless place steeped in history

The Manoir du Stang, dating from the 14th to 20th centuries, takes its name from the waterhole that runs alongside it; the Breton word “stang” meaning pond/valley. It was owned by 2 noble families, the Guernizics and the Huberts, who have occupied it for 8 generations.

The gardens

The manor house is located on a 40-hectare agricultural estate comprising meadows and gardens with remarkable trees over a hundred years old: tulip tree, araucaria, sequoia, camellia, etc.

The hotel business

The Manoir du Stang is now home to a 3-star hotel with 16 comfortable, spacious rooms in a style befitting the manor house.

Historical tours

Whether you’re an architecture enthusiast or simply curious, let yourself be guided through the stones of the Manoir. You can explore its exterior and gardens and learn more about its past during a guided tour or on your own. Bonus: the treasure hunt is included to make the experience even more immersive.

The mystery of the missing medal” treasure hunt

With family or friends, embark on a fun-filled adventure lasting around 1? hours in search of clues in the gardens and park. Suitable for children aged 4 and over, it’s a fun and original way to discover the grounds.

Giant Cluedo

Put your detective skills to the test! Working in teams, you’ll have 2 hours to solve a mysterious investigation, collect clues and reveal the culprit through the workshops, outbuildings and the Manor itself. A perfect activity for older children (aged 10 and over).

Cultural events

The Manoir is more than just a place to visit: it lives to the rhythm of the seasons with a variety of events: medieval weekends, concerts, Christmas markets… There’s no shortage of opportunities to come and experience Brittany.

This idyllic setting also hosts weddings, seminars and receptions.
