Hatha Vinyasa :
A complete yoga, a tailor-made practice: breathing (pranayama), hatha and vinyasa greetings, vinyasa part then held hatha postures and final relaxation.
Good physical condition or 1 year's yoga experience recommended.

Prenatal yoga :
Gentle yoga adapted to the needs of expectant mothers.
Support for body and mind during pregnancy.
- Session from 2pm to 3pm.
