Sessions from 10am to 11am and from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.Hatha Vinyasa:A complete yoga, a tailor-made practice: breathing (pranayama), hatha and vinyasa salutations, vinyasa part then hatha postures and final relaxation.Good physical condition or already 1 year of yoga practice recommended.7pm to 8pm session.
