The Trophée Banque Populaire Grand Ouest returns in 2026 for a 3ᵉ edition that is already shaping up to be one of the highlights of the ocean racing season.
Sailed double-handed aboard Figaro Beneteau 3s, the event will be held from 15 to 25 April 2026, starting and finishing in Concarneau (Finistère).
Part of the French Elite Ocean Racing Championship, the race will bring together the elite of the circuit, sailors from the Pôle Finistère in Port-La-Forêt and numerous crews from all over France.
At the heart of the Trophy is a particularly demanding course of around 800 nautical miles, which will take the crews around the Ponant islands, from the Isle of Aix in the south to the Chausey archipelago in the north. The route is as technical as it is strategic, combining complex coastal navigation with offshore passages, and will test the endurance and precision of the tandems.
Supported by Banque Populaire Grand Ouest, a long-standing and committed player in French sailing, the Trophy enjoys the loyal support of the town of Concarneau, the Finistère department, the Brittany region and the CCI.
