Phil is an idealistic fanatic of William Shakespeare’s works. He takes to the stage flanked by Dan and Tof, two makeshift actors dressed as schoolboys. Together, they have a mission: to perform the complete works of William Shakespeare in 96 minutes. Three clown-actors, a wardrobe and a few props – the clock starts ticking for a breakneck and wildly chaotic journey through the repertoire of the great English playwright. Anything goes in this tragic comedy, with its delightful blend of Franco-British humour. Romeo and Juliet with an Italian twist, Macbeth as a puppet show, or Othello as a rap number in the style of Orelsan… Shakespeare… Not even a bit scared!
