This week is designed for those who wish to develop an energetic and spiritual postural practice: 3 hours in the morning, outdoors if possible, with dynamics adapted to the abilities of each participant & 1 hour in the evening with slow, deep practice. Afternoon free.

Brunch at 11.30am & dinner at 7.30pm, generous & tasty cuisine, fresh, local, vegetarian products, low in sugar, fat and coffee, to keep as close as possible to the principles of Ayurveda.
