Laïta... a Slavic name for a 100% Breton ria, the very ria that marks the border between Finistère and Morbihan.
Let yourself be charmed by the beauty and tranquillity of this unspoilt natural environment. It is a haven for many species that you may be lucky enough to spot: coypu, otters, birds, amphibians, fish... The Laita, a maritime river, is influenced by the movement of the tides, revealing numerous sandbanks, so the landscape is constantly in motion.
Along the way, you'll come across a number of different viewpoints, including the Beg-Nenez tidal mill and its reservoir.
Departure 2pm from the Saint-Maurice bridge car park (right bank on the Clohars-Carnoët side).
Cross the Laïta at around 3.45 / 4.15pm (depending on boat availability) and return at around 5.30pm.
Please allow €2 for the ferry crossing.
