Join Lucie and Yann for an hour-long water walking session on Friday and/or Saturday mornings.
How the session works:
Warm up on the seafront before getting into the water. With your chest submerged and your feet in the sand, you will walk, do side steps and knee lifts, all in the sea with a splendid landscape stretching as far as the eye can see. It is therefore an endurance sport, while being gentle on the body.
The benefits of aqua walking:
– gives your heart a workout
– improves blood circulation
– helps you lose weight
– combats stress by oxygenating your lungs and muscles
Following the advice of Lucie and Yann, our qualified instructors, you will have a great time while doing gentle exercise.
Schedule: Friday or Saturday mornings depending on the tides (Tuesday or Friday in February)
A one-hour walk, interspersed with physical exercises and relaxation movements.
We provide wetsuits, but you will need slippers, gloves and a hood.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session.
Reservation required. Places limited to 20 people.
