A photographer and naturalist, Emmanuel Boitier regularly works with the magazine press in France (Terre Sauvage, Nat'Image, Bretagne Magazine...). As the official photographer for the Tree of the Year competition, he discovered the abbey site. Seduced by the trees that give structure to the landscape, he returned to photograph the forest as the coast guards went about their daily work.
