Haliotika continues its Breton family saga series with Conserverie Larzul, founded in 1906 in Plonéour-Lanvern.
Born of the entrepreneurial spirit of Noël Larzul, who started out canning snails and langoustines, the company has remained in the family for three generations.
After the lecture, there will be a book signing for "Le Grand banquet - Larzul", a century in a Breton cannery, with our partner De l'Encre à l'Écran.
