Robinson Khoury is a talented young artist: a trombonist, singer and composer, he has gained extensive experience playing with prestigious orchestras and regularly collaborates with Ibrahim Maalouf and Le Sacre du Tympan, among others.
Mÿa is a dreamlike creation that draws on ancient melodies, Gregorian chants, rhythms on skins and maqâmat from Arabic music... adding an electronic, analogue and modular dimension to represent the unknown of forgotten times.
On digital percussion and vocals: Anissa Nehari, a musician with a sensitive dynamism, captivating and enchanted by the rhythms of the world. On piano, synthesizers and vocals is Léo Jassef, a highly sensitive multi-talented artist who has performed alongside Yom. Robinson Khoury completes the trio on trombone, various mouth instruments, vocals and modular synthesizer. Guest artist Lynn Adib, a Syrian singer with a luminous voice, also features.
