Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated 70m² accommodation, adjoining our neo-Breton house. Ideally situated in a cul-de-sac 2 minutes' walk from the village and on the road to the beaches, you'll find all the comforts you need for your stay. Along its footpaths and walks, you can discover its old port, its fine sandy beach, its golf course (opposite the accommodation) and its marina. The beach is 1 minute away by car, 4 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot. Parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. The accommodation In this recently renovated flat, you have private access to : - on the ground floor: a kitchenette (electric cooker with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and a large dining area in a beautiful Bristish-style room, a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet.
