Around Saint-Laurent Cove
Description
Contemplate the coastal landscapes and heritage of La Forêt-Fouesnant with this walk which begins near Kerleven beach. The circuit quickly joins the forest countryside where you can admire a rich heritage: stele, porch, chapel... Then, you follow the cove to Port-La-Forêt, the marina famous for its skipper training center offshore racing. You will finish with the long sandy beach of Kerleven before returning to the starting point.

Steps
1. In the car park at the corner of Rue de Menez Moor and Route de Kerleven. Go back up the Kerleven road, behind an embankment which separates the track. At the roundabout, continue straight and turn left onto the Hameau du Gourou route. After a few meters, turn right and leave the golfers' exit on your left. Take the Impasse du Gouerou and continue until you find the Route de Kerleven. Follow the path for 230 meters and cross towards Chemin de Parc C 'Hoessant. (Attention traffic lane) View location
2. Cross Rue du Cranic to enter Chemin de Loc Amand, which you must follow for 400 m. Continue the Loc Amand path for 400m to discover the protohistoric stele. Retrace your steps and head towards the Karn Forst path. After 200 m turn left and take the path through the undergrowth for 350 m which leads to the roundabout and green theater of Peniti. 3. On the bay square, take the street which takes you towards the entrance to the golf course then take rue du Mesmeur which runs along the cove. Arriving at Port la Forêt, turn left onto the pontoon which runs alongside the boats. Continue along the port to arrive at the Kerleven nautical center. View location
4. At the nautical center walk along Kerleven beach for 1.2 km. At the end of the beach, follow the customs officers' path marked with the red and white symbol. After crossing the campsite and the small beach of the Petit Manoir, continue the coastal path which runs along the Saint-Laurent cove. View location
5. At the intersection, leave the red and white GR34® markings and go up a sunken path (Warning: path may slip) for 150 meters and continue to the Kerdaniou road. Turn left and follow the Route de Kerdaniou for 300 m then take the 3rd right onto the Route du Petit Manoir et du Saint-Laurent for 500 m. At the roundabout follow the Route de la Plage for 500 m to find your starting point. View location
