Horizon Légende tells the story of young Elijah's transition from one coastline to another. Elijah comes from the hamlet at the end of the river, lost in the mangroves. Where the delta meets the ocean. He makes his living fishing wild prawns, or at least what's left of them. Then one day, his life was threatened. So he left his country. Once on the other side of the sea, after a harrowing journey, his story comes up against the different administrations of the big city he arrives in.
Elijah, like so many others who have made the journey, whose youth is built far from home, by the lack of opportunity to speak out, by the multiplication of people to talk to, by the files to be dealt with, by the administrative complications, by the nights spent on the pavement, sees his future becoming more complicated.
