As part of the Nuits de la lecture series, the multimedia library is inviting Johanne Gicquel to take part in a discussion on the world of agriculture.
Faced with the complex issue of farming, Johanne Gicquel invites farmers, people thinking of changing careers and retired farmers to come and talk about this vast subject!
Johanne Gicquel spent 10 years of her life as a farmer and baker, and then decided to tell the story of her profession in a photo exhibition entitled "Paysâmes". The exhibition runs from 16 January to 25 February.
Admission free, subject to availability.
Des Bouteilles à l'Amère", a local micro-cider maker, will also be on hand to talk about the cider trade over a tasting session.
