On Sunday June 23, 2024, La Forêt-Fouesnant will celebrate his cherries. At the beginning of the 20th century, the cherry trade was very flourishing; the Cherry Tree Festival, supported by the association Gouel Gwez Kignez, will bring this beautiful era back to life.
Breton parade
A parade of people in traditional Breton costumes will leave from the Le Nautile Cultural Center and cross the town of La Forêt-Fouesnant to the Théâtre de Verdure de Peniti.

From 14:30 p.m., the Théâtre de Verdure de Peniti will come alive:
- Breton music concert by the Bagad Cap Caval
- Breton dance show by the Cercle Celtique Ar Vro Vigoudenn
- Breton music concert by Bagad Bro Foen
- Breton dance show by the ensemble “Ar Korollorien” from Bénodet and “ Ar Bleuniou Kignez » La Forêt-Fouesnant
- Demonstration of gouren (=Breton wrestling)

- Price: €5 entry (free for children under 12). Tickets on sale at the tourist office and during the Sunday morning market at the entrance to the Théâtre de Verdure de Peniti.
