Reserve your Wednesday evenings for the summer!! The program of free shows and concerts for the Celtic Nights of Peniti 2024 will not fail – like every year – to put Brittany in the spotlight!
Celtic shows and concerts
Discover the ensembles who will liven up the 9 Celtic evenings in the magnificent Verdure de Peniti theater in La Forêt-Fouesnant :
- Wednesday July 3 at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Celtic circle Danserien Kemper from Quimper.
- Wednesday July 10 at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Celtic circle Ar Bleuniou Kignez from La Forêt-Fouesnant.
- Wednesday July 17 at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Celtic circle Ar Pintiged Foen from Fouesnant.
- Wednesday July 24 at 21 p.m.: Breton music concert by Bagad Bro Konk Kerne
- Wednesday July 31 at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Kanfarded Sant Evarzeg Celtic circle from Saint-Evarzec.
- Wednesday August 07 at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Celtic circle Ar Bleuniou Kignez from La Forêt-Fouesnant.
- Wednesday August 14 at 19 p.m.: Sausage pancake evening (organized by the Gouel Gwez Kignez association), at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Celtic circle Korollerien Laeta from Clohars-Carnoët.
- Wednesday August 21 at 21 p.m.: Breton dance and music show by the Giz'Kalon Celtic circle from Quimperlé.
- Wednesday August 28 at 21 p.m.: Breton music concert by the Jahiner group.
Practical
- Free admission
- The Théâtre de Verdure de Peniti is an outdoor amphitheater, only the stage is covered (since 2017). In case of rain, bring appropriate clothing.
- Free parking: Place de la Baie, Salle Menez Plenn, Bourg de La Forêt-Fouesnant, Port-La Forêt…
- Stands of sweet pancakes (sometimes salty) and refreshment bar on site – paying.
The other appointments at the Théâtre de Verdure in Peniti
As part of the annual summer events “ça Jazz à La Forêt” and “La Forêt aux Rhythmes du Monde”, the Théâtre de Verdure de Peniti will highlight jazz music and take the public on a journey.
- Tuesday July 16 at 21 p.m. “ça Jazz à La Forêt”: jazz concert by Courégant Jazz Club.
- Tuesday August 13 at 21 p.m. “The Forest with the Rhythms of the World”: Bacano concert, Latin music.
